The team partnered with Eastside Co, who migrated their store onto Shopify Plus, designing a customized store with on-site SEO and managing the transfer from end-to-end to ensure there was no loss of traffic or ranking. Eastside Co also created clone stores to help Grenade extend its global footprint.
Eastside Co incorporated Yotpo’s solutions for Reviews, Visual UGC, and Loyalty to help the brand channel its dedicated fanbase’s passion to engage customers, build community, and drive conversion. Grenade’s loyalty program, “The Grenade Academy,” is designed to foster deeper connections with the brand using a gamified structure that awards points for actions beyond purchases, such as following the brand on Instagram or leaving a review. This approach has majorly impacted Grenade’s bottom line, with $379K in revenue generated from Loyalty alone.
