At Yotpo, we’ve built a global digital framework that facilitates digital accessibility for all people. Our Web Accessibility by Design approach guides our teams to embed the updated web accessibility requirements as part of the development life cycle. 

Measures to support accessibility

Yotpo takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of Yotpo’s platform and  website.

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement
  • Integrate accessibility into our software development life cycle (SDLC) 
  • Appoint an accessibility officer
  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for developers and designers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 

Yotpo strives to provide our site and onsite components visitors the best user experience aligned with the global accessibility guidelines and is conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Yotpo’s website and platform are designed to be compatible with the latest browsers versions.

Formal complaints

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to propose a solution within 10 business days. You are entitled to escalate a complaint to the national authority, should you be dissatisfied with our response to you.
