Blue Acorn iCi Consolidates Lovesac’s Tech Stack with Yotpo
Lovesac set out to bring the showroom experience online and elevate the customer experience with a revamped D2C channel, partnering with Blue Acorn iCi to make this vision become a reality. Following an extensive brand immersion, Blue Acorn iCi designed and optimized their website on Magento Commerce Cloud, highlighting educational content that guides customers through the learning and furniture customization process, including videos, 3D technology, detailed product information, and authentic customer content.
Lovesac initially used three different tools to capture customer reviews, present UGC across their website and social channels, and manage their referrals program. Blue Acorn iCi integrated Yotpo to consolidate all three solutions on a single platform, allowing the furniture brand to collect quality content, inspire shoppers with customer creations, and drive brand loyalty. As a result of the enhanced customer experience, Lovesac has seen double-digit increases in conversion and AOV, as well as greater customer engagement.
