As we process the events of last week in Atlanta and the rise in violence against Asian Americans, one thing becomes clear: our community is hurting. Our customers, partners, and teammates are angry, sad, and frustrated.
As a company, we are dedicated to supporting AAPI communities and contributing to anti-racism efforts. While we still have a lot of work to do, we have an obligation to take a stance, to encourage others in our industry to do the same, and to constantly work towards condemning and dismantling systemic racism within our company and our community.
We’ve compiled a list of resources below if you want to learn more about how you can support AAPI communities and Asian-owned businesses, or if you are in need of mental health support.

- Hate is a Virus
- Hate is a Virus is a community of mobilizers and amplifiers dedicated to dismantling racism and other forms of hate, addressed through raising awareness, educating and providing tangible response strategies, and partnering with community leaders to provide action items and funding.
- AAPI Women Lead
- AAPI Women Lead and #ImReady Movement aims to strengthen the progressive political and social platforms of Asian and Pacific Islander communities in the US through the leadership of self-identified AAPI women and girls. You can follow them here for information on everything from news updates to healing spaces.
- Stop AAPI Hate
- Report a hate incident in your community. They’re a nonprofit social organization that runs the Stop AAPI Hate Reporting Center tracking incidents of discrimination, hate, and xenophobia against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
- Asian American Collective
- They are a collective of Dope Asians in music, media, entertainment and creative spaces, looking to connect, mentor, and educate.
- Center for Pan Asian Community Services
- A private nonprofit located in Atlanta, Georgia, their mission is to promote self-sufficiency and equity for immigrants, refugees, and the underprivileged through comprehensive health and social services, capacity building, and advocacy.

- Red Canary Song
- Red Canary Song is the only grassroots Chinese massage parlor worker coalition in the U.S. There are over 9000 workplaces like these across the country with no political representation, or access to labor rights or collective organizing.
- National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum
- Their mission is to build collective power with AAPI women and girls to gain full agency over our lives, our families, and our communities.
- Heart of Dinner
- Heart of Dinner exists to combat food insecurity and isolation within NYC’s elderly Asian American community. They do this by delivering care packages of hot lunches and fresh produce every Wednesday, lovingly paired with a handwritten and illustrated letter in Chinese or Korean.
