The loyalty expertise of Sweet Tooth combined with the user-generated content capabilities of Yotpo makes for an integration that benefits both shoppers and stores.

This integration allows you to reward points through your Sweet Tooth loyalty program when a customer leaves a verified customer review through the Yotpo Mail After Purchase email. This creates some amazing benefits for merchants:

  • Reward points establish a switching cost that makes it less likely for your customers to move to a competitor
  • The integration you to reward points from verified buyers only, which reduces fraud/scammers
  • You can combine the power of two of the most popular eCommerce applications

Getting started is simple! All you need to do is sync your Yotpo account with Sweet Tooth. This process is easy and takes just a few seconds.

Once you have connected Sweet Tooth and Yotpo, you can set up an earning rule for how many points you would like to reward for a review.

You can also decide how often your customers can be rewarded for these reviews.

This integration is available through paid plans on Yotpo and Sweet Tooth, and for stores using Shopify or BigCommerce.
