Yotpo’s partners are the agencies, tech solutions, and platforms that are defining the future of the eCommerce industry and enabling great brands to grow into category leaders via exceptional direct-to-consumer experiences.

Over the last two years, our Partner Program has expanded to include more than 300 inspiring companies that are at the forefront of how today’s consumers interact with the brands they love.

To recognize the leaders of our partner ecosystem, we introduced the Yotpo Partner Awards last year. In the inaugural year, two agencies were honored for their dedicated work  in helping brands build stronger, more innovative commerce experiences by leveraging customer advocacy and content.

This year, thanks to our rapidly growing family of partners, we expanded the awards to include seven different categories. We were thrilled to receive over 100 submissions from our partners around the world, and our selection committee had its work cut out for it in choosing the winners.

We’re honored to present the experts who are changing the game for today’s eCommerce brands.

Partners to watch

While expanding the awards to seven categories helped us include more deserving partners than last year, there are still so many agencies and tech partners whose work over the past year has really stood out:

1) We Make Websites delivers brand-enhancing websites that take eCommerce businesses to the next level. Their implementation of Yotpo of Bulletproof Coffee’s site was part of a complete overhaul that supports the brand’s complex subscriptions and many integrations, leading to further business success. 

2) BORN Group is an award-winning global digital agency with a core focus on creative, content, and commerce. Their work for Steven Singer Jewelry is transforming the business into a global name. BORN brought Yotpo onboard to solve for SSJ’s current need for ratings, reviews as well as future plans for a loyalty program. 

3) DemandPDX works with brands to create lasting and impactful eCommerce experiences that drive business goals. As part of their work with Leatherman Tool Group, they brought in Yotpo to help focus on the “why” (telling the brand story and customer tales) of the brand as opposed to just the “what” (product value props).

4) PixelMEDIA helps lifestyle brands launch, manage, and grow their eCommerce business. When re-platforming Sporting Life, they were looking for ways to create efficiencies across the rest of their technology stack, so they implemented Yotpo. This allowed them to consolidate the functionality of ratings, reviews, and visual UGC into one unified solution.

5) Hawke Media, the fastest-growing marketing consultancy in the country, offers full-service marketing a-la-carte and month-to-month. When working with Happ on their eCommerce strategy, Hawke Media implemented Yotpo to establish an extra layer of confidence and social proof for their products. The change, along with revamping Happ’s on-site, email, and social ad strategies, led a to 112% increase in conversion.

6) ReCharge is the leading platform for launching and scaling subscription businesses. They worked together to BVAccel and Swell Rewards (A Yotpo Company) to create a winning on-site experience for beauty giant Kopari, increasing their subscription base, adding a rewards program, and customizing their checkout and customer portal.

7) The Plum Tree Group helps companies design, build, and bring to market products, services, and experiences online through digital marketing, eCommerce, and web design services. They’ve worked with Everlast for over 2 years, in which time they implemented Yotpo to leverage the brand’s passionate community of fitness enthusiasts. Since the launch of Everlast’s improved eCommerce site, there has been immediate growth in user engagement and conversion rate.
