An update on our business continuity and response to the Coronavirus.

On a daily basis, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is bringing so much stress and uncertainty to our lives. I appreciate all our partners, customers, and employees who are reaching out for guidance.

As COVID-19 spreads, Yotpo continues to monitor the situation and respond accordingly. As part of our proactive approach to our community’s safety, we have instructed Yotpo employees across the globe to work remotely and to suspend all business-related travel for the time being. We ask that you send an email to contact@yotpo.com or notify your Yotpo point of contact of any new restrictions your team has set in place to maintain safety so we can respect them as well.

As a society, we should jointly commit to flatten the curve of the spread of COVID-19, and I encourage all business leaders to move employees to work from home if they can. That being said, many people do not have the option to work remotely, and we realize how lucky we are to work in an industry that is able to easily operate from home.

Yotpo is well-prepared to accommodate a fully remote workforce. We have all of the tools we need to communicate virtually, both internally as well as with partners and customers. We also have procedures in place to ensure that our services are secure, redundant, and continuously available, even under the most extreme circumstances.

Our top priority is to continue giving customers and partners world-class, 24/7 support. Everyone is working around the clock to provide virtual education and services: if you have data requests, please send them our way. We will continue to give you updates as the need arises.

We’re confident that as a team — as an industry and ecosystem — we will get through this period of time with minimal interruptions. It’s business as usual: it just looks a little different right now. Remain calm, be responsible, and stick together. Most important: stay safe and healthy.
