Photos Dashboard – The Photos Dashboard helps Yotpo users make data-driven visual marketing decisions and guides them to get all of their product pages showcasing customer photos.

The dashboard shows how many photos have been generated and tagged to each product, and then how many photos are actually published to each product page. Check it out.

Conversion Rate in Reviews Dashboard – Not all written reviews were counted in calculating conversion rate in the Reviews Dashboard. As a result, users saw a lower email-to-review conversion rate than the reality. We’ve fixed it to capture all written reviews.

 

Here’s how we calculate email-to-review conversion rate in the Reviews Dashboard as taken from our help center:

 

The overall conversion rate, from email to review, is calculated from Mail After Purchase, Targeted Site Review, Mail After Service, Mail After Invoice, and Targeted Product Review emails.

Conversion Rate for Mail After Purchase (MAP) emails is the percent of orders that result in at least one review written per order.

If you have configured Smart Reminder emails or Bulk Purchase Settings (AKA you send multiple emails from a single order), Yotpo reports on whether the buyer writes a review or not from an order. We do not show conversion rate per MAP email sent.

To illustrate with an example, an order containing two items was made on your site, and you send a MAP review request and reminder email for each item. The customer ultimately writes a review on one of the products from a reminder email. Your conversion rate on that order is 100% since you were able to generate content for that order.

HTML Variables in Emails – We’ve added the option to add dynamic variables in review request emails. You can include {user}, {store_name}, {product}, and {product_description} to engage customers and remind them what they purchased. It will increase the odds that your customers write reviews. Targeted Review Requests – We’ve made the spam filter optional on Targeted Review Requests. This way, you can send TRRs to customers no matter when they received their last review request. Just check or uncheck the Spam Filter box before sending review requests.

Pinterest Push in Conversion Dashboard – Now that users are generating traffic from our recently-launched Pinterest integration, we’ve added Pinterest Push as a source in the Conversion Dashboard. You can see traffic from Pinterest, as well as from other marketing channels, in the Acquisition tab.

Emails Dashboard – We’ve reconfigured the Classic Dashboard into the Emails Dashboard, which contains data on emails sent over time. Now, all data that you used to be able to access from the Classic Dashboard can be accessed from either the Emails Dashboard or the Conversion Dashboard.

Product Blacklist – Let’s say a customer bought your product on January 1st. At that time, a review request was queued to send to the customer on January 14th. But before it’s sent, on January 10th, you blacklist the product because it’s been discontinued.

Up until now, that queued review request would still be sent even though was for a blacklisted product. With this enhancement, we’re invalidating already-queued review request emails for blacklisted products, so the email in this case would not be sent.

Tagging Products to Photos – Some users couldn’t tag multiple products to photos from within Curation Moderation. We’ve since fixed it, and you can once again tag up to three products per photo. Reviews Dashboard (pictured above) –  We’ve launched the Reviews Dashboard for those in our new interface. It’s an analytics and reporting tool for you to drill down & segment review generation.

 

You can see reviews generated from each one of the Yotpo channels, your avg. star rating by channel, and conversions on review requests over time. You can also filter the results by product.

 

The dashboard includes optimization actions for your review generation, so go check it out!

Product Imports – Users can now import products to Yotpo by uploading a CSV to the Yotpo Admin. This means users can now send product review requests without connecting to Yotpo’s API. This feature is available on our Pro package and above. Check out our documentation before getting started.

Product Blacklist – When you add a product to your Blacklist, no review requests will be sent out for that product. Reviews for the product will be excluded from automated placements in the Reviews Carousel, Dynamic Yotpo Ads, Automated Social Push, Visual UGC Gallery and more. It’s a new page in our Admin to send product review requests in bulk to a CSV of customers. No matter your platform, you can now send product reviews without having to integrate with our API. Check out the blog post or go right to the page in our Admin.

Photo in MAP – You can now include the product image in product review requests.

 

If you sell silly socks, including the product image lets the customer which pair he needs to review. Without it, he’ll be less likely to write the review. Because c’mon, who only buys one pair of silly socks at a time? (This enhancement is only available in our new Admin, which will soon roll out to all users.)

Targeted Review Requests – Now you can send bulk review requests to up to 2,500 people at a time. Previously it was 500 people at a time. Your life just got 4 CSV uploads easier. Send one now.

 

And now, after you send Targeted Review Requests, you’ll now get a follow-up email summarizing all the emails you sent out. Previously, there was no way to tell which of your customers got the review requests and which didn’t.
