Role & Responsibilities:
The Sr. Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ecommerce strategies to help accelerate our brand growth, optimize customer on-site engagement and ultimately drive sales.
- Manage and optimize all features and functionalities of the ecommerce platform to deliver a seamless, engaging, and best-in-class shopping experience.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership, including detailed reports on sales results. Partner closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to craft and execute a long-term strategy to drive sustained ecommerce growth.
- Analyze the customer conversion funnel to identify opportunities at each stage of the shopping journey, and implement initiatives designed to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and develop the Client Services team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all communication channels, and driving a customer-first culture.
- Oversee and maintain all ecommerce-related systems, including development, ESP, ERP integration, order and warehouse management systems, payment processing platforms, shipping solutions, and development ticketing tools.
- Develop and manage comprehensive daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and agility to adjust for market dynamics and trends.
- Regularly monitor competitor activities and trends, with an emphasis on online innovation, mobile optimization, and social. commerce strategies, providing actionable insights for differentiation.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to execute both tactical and strategic initiatives that elevate the overall ecommerce and customer experience.
- Lead the creation of detailed business recaps and reports, synthesizing data into actionable insights to inform future planning and strategy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve the ecommerce ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience and maintain business continuity.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to drive ecommerce growth and support business goals.

Knowledge and Skills You’ll Neet to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree, in relevant field with 3-4+ years of marketing.
- Experience executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in a DTC or prestige beauty business
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics (email, SMS, paid search & social campaigns) and systems (i.e., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive)
- Experience partnering with agencies and collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and see work through to completion (project management experience a plus)
- Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively as well as ability to influence others
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence end-to-end results
- Problem-solve skills and a continuous improvement mindset are crucial to turn out succinct projects and improve processes and ways of working across the team
- Action-oriented and ability to initiate appropriate resources to meet marketing goals

Pay: Target salary for this position is $100K -120K. The Laundress takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
