Are Consumers Becoming More Brand Loyal?

A Yotpo survey found that more than 90% of consumers consider themselves to be as or more brand loyal than they were last year. This trend is in line with the recent push by savvy brands to increase loyalty as a way to offset rising customer acquisition costs.

While having a competitive product is key to building a loyal customer base, it’s critical to leverage loyalty programs, shipping perks, and outstanding customer service to keep that following over time.
