Yotpo is looking for its next Partner Manager to develop and nurture meaningful relationships with the largest and most sought-after agencies.

We've built a robust ecosystem of strategic partnerships with leading digital, marketing & retail agencies, who evangelize our technology to their clients. This is Yotpo’s Partner Program and one of the company’s fastest growing revenue channels. Your goal will be to drive qualified business through the strong relationships you build over time.

Working collaboratively with internal teams is critical to success. On a daily basis, you will proactively support complex sales-cycles with our most strategic accounts while providing our agency partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training. Because of this, first-class relationship building and sales skills are a must, while bringing your own network of connections is ideal. 

You’ll succeed in and enjoy this role if you rely on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify business challenges. You will be responsible for designing, building and monitoring the day-to-day processes and infrastructure accordingly for Yotpo's customer success, technical support, account management and professional services teams, creating a tangible impact on the broader company. 

You will:

  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems
  • Strong ability to nurture great working relationships with various teams and leaders
  • Ability to influence other teams to collaborate and support your initiatives

About you:

  • 2+ years of quota carrying, B2B SaaS software, agency or technology sales in a Channel or New Business role
  • Strong understanding of the retail and eCommerce landscape (e.g. SaaS, agency, platform)
  • Proven ability to build & manage relationships with the goal of growth and retention
  • Experience working in or alongside complex sales-cycles
  • Seasoned public speaker/presenter with the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail
  • Have experience in sales/business development/strategic account management in a SaaS environment, marketing or eCommerce preferred
  • Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Are a fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
  • Must have a valid Australian work authorization to apply

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media
  • Experience selling SMS, Email or other marketing communications products
