We are looking for an experienced social media marketing manager: a creative thinker, social animal, who gets a real adrenaline rush from seeing a social engagement going viral and can’t get enough of likes and comments. A perfect candidate for this role is a great communicator, and a strong ideator with a deep understanding and passion for established and newer social media channels.

You’ll be part of the global ecosystem and community team, turning the existing and new social channels to active communication channels with our community of customers, prospects, and partners. This role is based in NYC and will report to our Senior Director of Ecosystem and Community.

As the Social Media Manager, you will own the development, execution, and reporting for Yotpo’s organic social media strategies, using these channels to support broader business goals. You will lead social-first campaigns and lead the narratives, strategizing, developing, and cultivating our social media.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead the creation and execution of content strategies across our organic social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
  • Lead the social response across all social channels and external engagement with our community 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to leverage social in alignment with company goals, brand awareness, product releases, employer branding, partner marketing, and more 
  • Measure and report on our social media identifying areas of improvement and growth 
  • Be tuned into the digital media landscape, identifying industry and cultural trends, influencers, best practices, and emerging platforms 
  • Manage our social listening tool – reporting on sentiment and trends to the team 
  • Work closely with the content and studio teams to edit content and develop visuals for social and media campaigns   

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience running social media channels for a B2B business 
  • A proven track record of leading creative concepts on social media- can be personal projects/businesses 
  • Experience with all major social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Creative, creative, creative. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in operations 
  • Strategic thinker: passionate about building brand awareness while also driving growth 
  • Multitasker: effectively manage various projects, be able to problem-solve when needed
  • A great communicator with a love for collaboration
