People Analyst (Temporary position)

We are looking for a People Analyst to join Yotpo’s people team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will play a key part in a strategic role, ensuring delivery and adoption of creative and best practice processes for our Global People team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and execute efficient, accurate, and scalable global People Analytics, to support Yotpo’s ongoing growth. You will:

  • Serve as an expert for HR analytics, helping to drive long term strategic direction, design requirements, features, functionality, and progressive enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within all HR technologies and vendor systems, through routine auditing, data validations, and corrective actions
  • Proactively utilize technology to increase effectiveness, value, and customer satisfaction/adoption of all HR technologies
  • Maintain effective, scalable, and easy to understand analytical models and reporting solutions (e.g. dashboards) to provide insights for Yotpo’s management and take our HR data usage to the next level
  • Manage HR quarterly reports, monthly HR decks, and ad-hoc analysis and surveys 

 About you:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards
  • Knowledge in SQL
  • Critical thinking and analytic skills; ability to transpose and organize concepts to presentations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • An autonomous worker with strong prioritization capabilities, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, excellent knowledge with Excel
  • Bob acquaintance- an advantage
