As a Delivery Operations Manager at Yotpo, you will focus on improving the efficiency, performance and strategy of our Delivery department. You’ll succeed in and enjoy this role if you rely on quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, and can tailor great solutions to them. You will be responsible for designing, building and monitoring the day-to-day processes and infrastructure for Yotpo's technical support and professional services teams, driving a tangible impact on the broader company. 

You will have:

  • Ability to lead projects, from identifying needs, through accurate design and execution
  • A great emphatic ability to put yourself “in the shoes” of both our customers and customer facing teams, to understand their pain points and how to solve them
  • Good technical orientation and understanding of complex business processes
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Strong ability to nurture great working relationships with various teams and leaders
  • Ability to influence other teams to collaborate and support your initiatives

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in operations or project management, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company, or 2+ years working as a CSM or support agent
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • You’re able to present quantitative analysis as visual stories that are tailored to the needs of the audience, and drive strategic insights from it
  • You are a collaborative team player and fun to work with
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus!
