RIXO is a fashion brand offering eclectic and vintage-inspired clothing and accessories. Already using Shopify Plus, RIXO required a fresh look, emphasizing the brand’s modern, premium look and feel. To increase conversions and boost the Average Order Value (AOV), RIXO aimed to have greater creative freedom and flexibility to make changes on the site. As a luxury brand, RIXO required a highly customized implementation to ensure the app’s look and feel enhances the customer journey. Yotpo helped blubolt deliver precisely that.

blubolt recommended Yotpo to help RIXO improve its user experience. Yotpo’s SMS, Reviews, and UGC solutions ensured that the look, feel, and tone of RIXO’s vintage-inspired collections were carried through to other user touchpoints. Yotpo’s custom V2 implementation around styling and survey question content ensured that reviews were useful for other end users. Yotpo Solutions also helped improve bounce rates and conversions through the new site.
