Role & Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Manager role will be responsible for informing and executing digital marketing strategies to help accelerate our brand growth, acquire new customers, increase engagement with existing customers, and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

  • Execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions across DTC, Amazon, and retailer.com channels, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Own the email & SMS marketing channels to increase customer retention and loyalty, focusing on personalized promotions and re-engagement tactics for existing customers. You will own this area start to finish, working with brand marketing to craft
  • Support Director of Digital Marketing to develop and execute paid media campaigns (including paid search and social ads) to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize ROI across digital platforms.
  • Manage digital marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of assets and campaigns on TL.com.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, on-brand digital campaigns that support product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to meet sales goals and customer acquisition targets.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and retail industry developments to drive innovation and adapt strategies for an evolving retail landscape.

Qualifications:

  • You’re a doer. As the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will assist in developing our marketing strategy and ensure these strategies are executed thoroughly and accurately. You are able to anticipate and carry out next steps, in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Knowledge and Skills You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree, in relevant field with 3-4+ years of marketing.
  • Experience executing digital marketing strategies, preferably in a DTC or prestige beauty business
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics (email, SMS, paid search & social campaigns) and systems (i.e., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive)
  • Experience partnering with agencies and collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with an attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and see work through to completion (project management experience a plus)
  • Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively as well as ability to influence others
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence end-to-end results
  • Problem-solve skills and a continuous improvement mindset are crucial to turn out succinct projects and improve processes and ways of working across the team
  • Action-oriented and ability to initiate appropriate resources to meet marketing goals

Benefits:

The Laundress employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan. Any coverage for health insurance and retirement benefits will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans and associated governing plan documents.

Pay: Target salary for this position is $80K – $90K. The Laundress takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
