Walk Away Campaign Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms“) govern the “Walk Away” promotional campaign (“Campaign“) organized by Yotpo UK Ltd., Montacute Yards, Shoreditch High St, London E1 6HU (“Yotpo“). 

1. Eligibility The participation in the Campaign is open to businesses that meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry.
• Have visited the Yotpo booth #M22 during the e-Commerce Expo 2024 conference on September 18-19, in ExCeL London (Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL, United Kingdom) (“Conference“).
• Are merchants (owners of e-commerce stores) operating on Shopify and processing a minimum threshold of 1000 monthly orders; entries from partners or agencies of Yotpo are not allowed.
• Are not employees of Yotpo or its affiliates, or their immediate families and household members. 

2. Campaign Entry To participate in the Campaign, participants must:

• Fill out an entry form that includes contact details and one question relating to the e-commerce market.
• Submit the entry form no later than August 15th, 2024.
• Visit the Yotpo booth at the Conference.
• Only one (1) entry per person. 

3. Campaign Period The Campaign begins on September 18, 2024, and ends on September 19, 2024, with the winner announced immediately afterward.
4. Evaluation and Selection of Awardees Entries will be evaluated based on the depth of insight demonstrated in answering the form, including detailed explanations and examples regarding the challenges faced. Awardees will be selected by Yotpo’s marketing experts. The initial intention is to have 40 awardees, with the possibility of changing it at Yotpo’s sole discretion.
5. Gifts The gift consists of a pair of branded shoes designed for the “Walk Away” campaign. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Shoe sizes cannot be changed once submitted. Awardees must come to the Yotpo booth to collect their shoes at a specific time that will be booked for each awardee.

Trademarks referenced in the Gift are owned by their respective owners and do not imply or suggest that such owners endorse or support the Campaign. 

6. Notification and Acceptance Specific times for each awardee to collect their shoes at the Yotpo booth will be booked and notified to the awardees, and awardees must adhere to their assigned collection time. If an awardee does not arrive on time, Yotpo may, at its discretion, either select an alternative awardee or cancel the gift.
7. Personal Information Entrants agree that their personal data, including name, e-mail address, phone number, and physical address, may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Campaign and for any of the purposes outlined in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.yotpo.com/privacy-policy. Without limiting the foregoing, such data may also be used by Yotpo to contact the awardee, check an entrant’s identity and contact information, or otherwise verify an entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign or to receive any gift.
8. General Conditions

• Yotpo reserves the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time. 
• No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in this Campaign. 
• Awardees are responsible for any potential tax implications associated with receiving the gift.
• Yotpo is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Campaign or the acceptance or use of any gift.

9. Jurisdiction Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved under the laws of London, United Kingdom, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms and any decisions made by Yotpo, which are final and binding in all respects.
