Yotpo is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead one of Yotpo’s product groups within the SMS and Email product line.

 

As a Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate its growth. You will be responsible for driving its development and success from ideation to launch. You will lead, hire and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of top-notch product methodologies, innovation and excellence.

You will collaborate closely with talented cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, to deliver exceptional products and features that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market differentiation.

The role reports to VP Product SMS & Email.

 

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic direction of the product, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives of Yotpo and the Email and SMS group.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of top-notch product methodologies, creativity and excellence.
  • Customers-focus and Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within Yotpo, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Yotpo Platform.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-first company
  • At least 3  years of experience as Director of Product or a similar leadership role
  • Extensive experience driving both UX-intensive projects and projects that involve technical integrations
  • Experience in working on a wide-scale product with thousands of customers in collaboration with other product groups
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Technical experience – a huge advantage
