Reviews can be the last bit of encouragement a shopper needs before clicking “add to cart,” but they can also be an amazing product discovery tool.

If you create a community of reviewers, it allows customers to click on the name of a reviewer they like and see that customer’s other product reviews. You are granting your shoppers access to a world of other products they might love.
