Role & Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of Global Influencer Marketing will be responsible for supporting press and influencer strategy, inclusive of events and mailers, across 20+ markets globally. This role involves working closely with the Director of Global PR + Influencer to develop the strategy and roadmap for international markets while taking the lead on identifying key opportunities, tracking success and defining KPIs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day operational execution.
- Manage day-to-day communication with international PR agencies, owning communication in select regions
- Execute ideation and implementation of international influencer initiatives, including PR mailers, ensuring messaging & brand standard are maintained.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to identify key always-on opportunities across all markets through strategic partnerships and seedings
- Drive initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence across global markets, ensuring messaging consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Monitor international industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Rare Beauty stays at the forefront of influencer marketing
- Support development and execution of in-market PR events, working directly with PR agencies and production agencies on all aspects
- Oversee international PR operations, ensuring timelines align with product launches in each country and tracking progress.
- Guide and oversee Assistant Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Work closely with North America PR to create an immersive global experience for brand launches
- Work cross-functionally with Social Media, Consumer Marketing, Creative, Education and Product Development teams as need for launches and collaborative activations
- Support global retailer campaigns (e.g., Sephora) by coordinating influencer participation and co-branded initiatives.
- Be an expert on the latest social media and influencer trends and tools, providing recommendations on new channels to test and develop new ways of partnering with influencers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proactive and creative problem-solver

- Unloading & loading product packages, setting up events
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
