Role & Responsibilities:
This is an exciting position as a Director of Digital Commerce of a beloved brand that is known as one of the footwear industry’s most respected products. As a Director of Digital Commerce, you will report to the International Brand President and serve as an instrumental component of a vital team in the organization. In this role, you will: Lead the Digital Commerce team in providing a World-Customer Experience through search, site merchandising, new product onboarding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on content execution | Develop and execute comprehensive digital commerce strategies for K-Swiss and Palladium brands | Develop and implement digital commerce strategies that are aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

How you make a difference:
The Strategic Initiatives:
- Build a site plan strategy that includes product launches, marketing campaigns, seasonal & promotional events, and regular content updates
- Drive category growth and measurable improvements across navigation, filters, search, SEO, and paid marketing.
- Lead a website redesign project in 2025, as a platform for growth and to improve consumer experience and key performance metrics.
- Lead a team of ecommerce experts managing site operations, performance marketing, and CRM.
- Strong analytics knowledge to drive visitor engagement and conversion across all platforms
- Conceptualize and test new site features that improve the site experience and performance
- Establish frameworks and processes for GTM campaigns, including product listing optimization, paid search, sponsored ads, and promotions.
- Collaborate with key technical partners (development, SEO, etc.) to meet and exceed target conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with Amazon team and Wholesale leaders, to align on pricing, timing and commercial strategies.
- Develop and manage the digital commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels, campaigns, and initiatives, while maximizing return on investment.
- Vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and budget oversight experience.
- Strong IT partnership experience with road mapping, executing large scale projects, and SCRUM process.
- Implement measurement metrics and utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Marketplace Seller Analytics tools to analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on key performance metrics and marketing/commerce initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting areas of opportunity, cost optimization, and potential risks.
- As a member of the leadership team, report results weekly, with recommendations and strategies to respond to new opportunities, budget shortfalls and potential business risks.
- Create and implement pricing and shipping strategies to maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value.
- Conduct market research, analyze pricing trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing models and promotions.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or a similar field
- Experience in the footwear industry a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
