Role & Responsibilities:
Gabriel & Co., a leader in fine jewelry, is on a mission to transform its DTC eCommerce business—and we need an energetic, hands-on Manager of eCommerce to lead the charge. You’ll be at the helm of gabrielny.com, owning site experience, conversion optimization, and growth initiatives designed to 2x and 3x our digital revenue. What You’ll Do
- Own the website. You’re the quarterback for gabrielny.com—site performance, user experience, conversion, and growth are all in your hands.
- Optimize relentlessly. Identify drop-offs, friction, and blockers.
- Drive UI/UX excellence. Collaborate with design to continuously evolve the site into a best-in-class luxury ecommerce experience.
- Data is your compass. Use analytics to spot insights, drive decisions, and validate assumptions.
- Be AI-native. Use AI to scale content generation, analyze customer journeys, personalize shopping experiences, and increase efficiency across the board.
- Merchandising smarts. Drive product discovery, collections, navigation, and search.
- Partner with marketing. Work hand-in-hand with Paid, Email, SEO, and Content to align strategies and accelerate growth.
- Own KPIs. Conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, checkout flow performance, page speed, product engagement—you’re on top of it all.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in DTC eCommerce, ideally at a premium or luxury brand
- Deep knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify or equivalent)
- Proven track record of improving site performance and growing online revenue
- Advanced understanding of CRO, UX/UI best practices, A/B testing frameworks
- Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, and AI-powered platforms
- Strong grasp of mobile-first design, funnel strategy, site architecture
- Collaborative, fast-paced, highly accountable energy
- AI-savvy—whether it’s ChatGPT, heatmap analysis, or generative UX ideas, you’re exploring and applying new tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base of 130K-150K USD, commensurate on experience
