We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join Yotpo’s Demand Generation team and report directly to the director of DG US in New York. In this role, you will work alongside the demand generation, brand, and product marketing teams to craft the narrative, language, and collateral we use to tell the world about Yotpo’s eCommerce marketing platform. 

We’re looking for a strategic and curious mind, a creative thinker who can make people feel seen when they read your copy, and wants to crack the code to engage storytelling for brands. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product and its capabilities, and turn those technical features and insights into engaging content that gets prospects excited about the possibilities of our product.  
  • Create a wide variety of asset types, including blog posts, case studies, ebooks, promotional materials (emails, social, etc), landing pages, webinar content, sales enablement one-pagers, and more. 
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop content that creates interest and demand for our services.  
  • Brainstorm with the brand teams to create content throughout the funnel that tells the Yotpo story in creative ways.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop content assets that tell the story of our product, and translate into messaging to amplify through go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate with the design and web team to develop engaging visuals that enhance your content.  

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company and/or eComm.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient at transforming complex ideas, such as data, into compelling and accessible narratives.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively across various disciplines, adept at translating general feedback into precise and meaningful edits.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks are preferred.
  • Proactively identifies emerging trends within our industry and applies the Yotpo perspective to convey our story with relevance and urgency.
  • Works closely with leadership to produce a quick-turnaround copy when required.
  • Demonstrates strong self-management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring the timely completion of large projects.

Base salary $90,000 – $95,000 – Note, there is not a bonus component to this role.

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
