Yotpo Israel is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development enthusiast to lead our commercial channel in Israel.

As an EMEA Business Development department member,  you will be our first dedicated Full-Cycle Account Executive and Partnership Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with the most prominent brands, eCommerce businesses and best agencies in Israel.

You'll wear many hats leading and orchestrating our go-to-market efforts in Israel.

From direct sales through partner management to client services liaison, and lead our growth in the Israeli market, providing our partners, prospects and customers with the best in class local experience.

Looking for a hungry and strong hunter<>farmer mentality with a passion for closing and driven business, hitting goals and constantly looking for ways to grow the business. 

 

You will:

  • Be the face of Yotpo in the region online and offline, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth and working with global leaders to act quickly on any of these challenges and opportunities
  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve or surpass monthly sales quota
  • Identify, progress and close the sales of products via methodical pipeline management 
  • Forecasting weekly, monthly  and annual sales while developing a reliable pipeline
  • Build and execute Yotpo’s regional Partnership and Demand Generation expansion in the Israeli Market, which will include Partner education, co-selling and successful project  delivery
  • Consistently provide Yotpo’s corporate team with clear market feedback on regional trends, merchant needs, competitor intel, product requirements, and opportunities to increase efficiencies and accelerate the regional growth
  • Identify & support the execution of local marketing initiatives that will educate our partners and merchants and help increase Yotpo brand awareness and demand generation within the region
  • Working days are Sunday -Thursday. Travel is occasionally required as part of the role

About you:

  • 3-5 years of Sales experience or strategic business development and/or channel management experience with SaaS-based consumer marketing platforms, retail technologies and/or digital agencies
  • Highly resourceful & entrepreneurial operator who can work autonomously with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional, global teams. 
  • eCommerce experience, within technology or service provider (ISV/Commerce Platform/Agency/SI)
  • Track record of producing sales growth through indirect sales models and delivering successful strategic alliance strategies to market, successfully hitting or exceeding KPIs
  • Savvy relationship builder and seasoned public speaker/presenter with the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • Extra points for strong understanding of retail & digital marketing landscape with an existing network of eCommerce ecosystem relationships and hands-on experience helping partners achieve success
