As a Product Partnerships Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to drive partner built integrations, and help ensure that Yotpo leverages its strong ecosystem position to continue our exponential growth! You will be a member of the Product Partnerships & App Marketplace team, a part of Yotpo’s greater Product Platform department and will get the unique opportunity to work on and impact all 7 of Yotpo’s products – Reviews, Visual UGC, Loyalty, Referrals, SMS, Email and Subscriptions.

As a Product Partnerships Manager, you will: 

  • Qualify (or in some case, identify and initiate) new integration opportunities that solve customer pain points and create a competitive advantage for Yotpo’s different products
  • Help partners build the business case and define the product requirements for integrating effectively with Yotpo and setting up the partnership and integration up for success
  • Support partners with scoping, developing and testing new integrations
  • Work closely with Yotpo’s product, customer services and R&D teams to gain deep knowledge about each of our products, and become a product expert that is able to identify and architect complimenting solutions
  • Collaborate with the product marketing and other Go-To-Market teams to drive adoption & commercial impact from new integrations
  • Assist Yotpo’s core product teams in working with partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of new integrations that are built by Yotpo
  • Be part of a small & dynamic team, in which you will own your domain and can build processes, initiate opportunities and drive your own success
  • Your primary goal will be to drive the number of customers (and customer value in $) who instal integrations that are built by partners and aligned with Yotpo’s product & app market strategy

 

As Product Partnerships Manager, you’ll bring: 

  • 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years working in a SAAS company managing app partnerships, product integrations, solution engineering or other customer facing functions with a technical focus
  • Ability to identify the main value propositions for tech companies and potential synergies
  • Ability to read and test APIs is a must (writing code is not required)
  • Strong individual and team player. You thrive when you have independence but can effectively collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales and CS teams, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. You choose your words carefully and explain complicated topics clearly

Bonus points for:

  • Experience overseeing an entire product integration project, from initial identification of value, integration scoping, supporting R&D and releasing the integration to market 
  • Professional experience in the ecommerce space, specifically with Shopify, BigCommerce or similar ecosystems
  • Data analysis and presentation skills
  • Self starter – you find gaps and inefficiencies and initiate a solution
