As Yotpo's Director of Demand Generation, you will oversee the high touch demand generation team and strategy across the entire Yotpo platform. You’ll work strategically to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase lead generation, account engagement (ABM) and pipeline. 

You work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Partners, Strategy and distribution channels (paid acquisition, email, events, co-marketing) to align on quarterly goals, go-to-market strategy, positioning, target accounts and opportunities. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Oversee the entire demand gen effort in North America, including leading a team of senior managers, focused on each product line’s pipeline and GTM strategy
  • Enable your team to run marketing campaigns and other awareness and growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through the entire buying cycle.
  • Be the ultimate Yotpo Platform expert – have the bird’s-eye view on our product synergies, bundles and platform strategy. 
  • You’ll work closely with the revenue organization to be ahead of your game on competition, buyer persona and value props.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account-based strategies to drive awareness and pipeline from target accounts; partner with SDR and AE teams to increase reach and efficacy of programs
  • Orchestrate, negotiate, prioritize and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing organization
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI, demand gen and sales effectiveness
  • The teams success will be measured by the following KPIs: MQLs, SALs, ACV

About you:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically demand generation
  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams
  • Experience working with a sales team to meet SAL and ACV goals
  • Expert in driving product value to customers
  • Excellent in driving cross-functional efforts with multiple stakeholders and production dependencies
  • Keen eye for detail with an innovative approach to marketing 
  • Familiarity with sales & marketing softwares (we use Salesforce and Marketo)
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply

  • Experience with an eCommerce software company

Base Salary $145,000 – $180,000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
