Yotpo is looking for a Product Manager to join the User-Generated Content product team and pioneer the way millions of shoppers contribute their opinion on products they purchase. 

As eCommerce continues growing, there’s never been more demand for products that help brands gain trust, and consumers make better purchase decisions. Yotpo’s core product, Ratings & Reviews, empowers consumers with purchasing decisions while helping brands collect valuable user-generated content. 


About the job

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for leading the creation of world-class shopper experiences. This is a key role that innovates the way brands engage with consumers post purchase, and amplifies the voice of the customer.

This team, under your leadership, will deliver on an impactful product roadmap with features that thousands of brands are waiting for. Millions of shoppers will thank you for building a seamless experience for providing feedback on their purchases and experiences. 

You’ll collaborate with a group of laser-focused product managers, brilliant engineers, and talented UX designers.


  • Work closely with customers, data scientists, BI, sales, marketing and customer success teams to deeply understand and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, plans, and impactful capabilities
  • Lead the creation of new ways to collect and display user-generated content, combining UX and AI capabilities
  • Iterate and optimize product experiences to improve key PLG metrics – activation, conversion and retention.
  • Solve problems and create consensus around high-stakes product decisions
  • Nurture interdepartmental relationships and drive complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
  • Own the product roadmap and contribute to the overall company strategy


  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, delivering consumer-facing products in an agile, software as a service (SaaS) environment
  • Extensive experience driving UX-intensive projects
  • A natural curiosity for understanding customers and a passion for solving problems
  • Passion for analytics and strong ability to apply it to drive business decisions
  • Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Independent, highly focused, self-motivated, and a very nice person 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
