Yotpo is looking for a Demand Generation Lead.

You will own Yotpo’s Reviews and Loyalty low touch funnel end-to-end (owning the lower end of SMB segment globally) and work strategically to create and implement marketing campaigns (through channels such as partners and influencers, email, events and webinars, paid acquisition and more) to increase high quality sign ups, MRR and SALs (sales accepted leads).

You work well with cross-functional departments such as Product Marketing, Content, Demand Generation channels, Brand, Product, Growth and Partners to align on user profiles, market opportunities, quarterly goals and plans.

 

You will: 

  • Oversee the demand gen effort globally (North America, EMEA, ANZ) for Yotpo’s Reviews and Loyalty low touch funnel, and own the budget and strategic planning
  • Develop a full funnel demand generation strategy. Run marketing campaigns and other awareness and growth initiatives end-to-end
  • Be the ultimate Reviews and Loyalty low touch expert – know the product’s strengths and weaknesses inside out, work closely with Product Marketing to be ahead of your game on competition, buyer persona, key pain points and value props
  • Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI, demand gen and sales effectiveness
  • You’ll be measured by the following KPIs – Signups, MRR, MQLs, SALs

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in a demand generation role and/or product marketing, ideally at an eCommerce software or B2B SaaS company focused on a Self Service funnel
  • Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior management 
  • Expert in driving product value to customers
  • Excellent in driving cross-functional efforts with multiple stakeholders and production dependencies and complexities
  • Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones 
  • Keen eye for detail with an an aggressive can-do approach
  • Bachelor or University Degree
