Senior Content Writer

We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer to join Yotpo’s content marketing team in New York. In this role, you will work alongside content, brand, and design stakeholders to develop content that tells the Yotpo story. 

This is an exciting opportunity to bring our core narratives to life in fun and engaging ways, and join a team that offers incredible brand programs, like Amazing Women in eCommerce (our community of inspirational women in our industry), Yotpo Fan Favorites (our awards for brands that have devoted fan communities), and Yotpo Grow (our growth incubator for black-owned brands). 

If you’re a creative person that loves to tell compelling stories while executing on marketing goals, then we want to hear from you! 

You will:

  • Collaborate with social, community, and brand marketing teams to develop content that brings attention to Yotpo brand programs in engaging ways. 
  • Align with product marketing and demand generation teams to brainstorm top of funnel content that aligns to their goals for our products. 
  • Identify and develop compelling customer stories that are exciting and relatable, rather than transactional. 
  • Support a variety of content types, from standard blogs and editorial, to talking points, landing pages, webinars, podcasts, and social media campaigns.  
  • Pitch ideas that marry trending themes in our industry to the Yotpo POV that allow us to tell our story with a sense of timely urgency.   
  • Provide copywriting for landing pages that conveys information in an engaging, impactful, and logical manner. 
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with designers to develop copy in tandem with design. 
  • Support content creation for SEO purposes. 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in content marketing, preferably with some B2B SaaS experience 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take dry concepts (like data!) and turn them into exciting, easy-to-understand stories 
  • Experience in eCommerce — an advantage
