Yotpo is looking for a Growth Marketing Team Lead, who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization and UI/UX to lead the Growth Marketing team.

The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, SEO, conversion & funnel optimization and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a team that is responsible for the creation and execution of Yotpo.com’s assets (blog, resources, core product pages, interactive tools, demand generation tools, chatbots, external websites) and optimize UX/UI and funnels for performance
  • Own the Yotpo.com entity – inbound traffic, web assets, oversee site performance, SEO, CRO, analytics infrastructure, optimization, A/B testing
  • Recognize funnel pitfalls in our inbound flow. Come up with innovative solutions and tools to address product led growth and marketing-sales funnels; provide analysis, insights, and visibility on performance and user behaviors through dashboards you’ll create and maintain
  • Lead and execute strategic marketing projects end-to-end, such as – pricing page, home page; from ideation to implementation, tracking and optimization
  • Work cross functionally with teams within Marketing such as Demand Generation, Brand, Product Marketing, Content, Design, BI and collaborate on cross-company projects with Product, Strategy, Operations, Sales and Customer Success

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, owning conversion rate optimization, SEO, web funnels – must
  • 2+ years of experience hiring and managing a performance/growth team and working with multiple stakeholders – must
  • Experience with data analysis and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag manager, Google Search Console, Hotjar) – must
  • Highly detail oriented, entrepreneurial spirit and an aggressive can-do attitude – must
  • Solid knowledge of web marketing tools (Drift, Amplitude, Dynamic Yield)
  • Experience in SaaS / B2B / eCommerce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a very high level of English, both written and verbal
