We're SMSBump, a Yotpo Company. SMSBump is a text marketing suite helping eCommerce store owners increase their ROI and customer loyalty. Currently, our product is being used by 90,000+ eCommerce businesses globally. We have featured integrations for the largest eCommerce platforms including Shopify and BigCommerce.

SMSBump is eager to hire a smart, enthusiastic, and dedicated Office Administration Specialist to join our growing Sofia team. This is a great opportunity for an industrious self-starter who is looking for an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for all facility operations aspects
  • To draw up and execute the office development plan aligned to the ongoing and future business needs, including expansion and office move, if required 
  • Manage the day-to-day facilities operations & logistics, including – office administration, reception, maintenance, cleaning, parking lots, refreshments, deliveries, and ensuring that all stock is replenished in a timely manner
  • Manage relationships with vendors – searching and negotiation with potential external suppliers, related to office
  • Organizing office maintenance and repair                                              
  • Ensure meeting rooms are maintained, fit for purpose and constantly improved
  • Recording office expenditure and assist in managing the Facilities budget                                                      
  • First point of contact with the landlord, ensuring all issues, complaints and risks are communicated in a timely fashion                    
  • Organizing the office layout especially when new starters join                                   
  • Ensure reception is maintained, fit for purpose and improved                          
  • Manage and distribute all incoming calls and deliveries/post          

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience at a similar role in Tech company 
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Collaborative, positive and team-spirited
  • A 'people' person with a can-do, positive and humble attitude
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, focused and reliable
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office / Google Docs and associated programs will be a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields will be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
