As the Yotpo Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will own the development, execution, and reporting for our organic social media and influencer marketing strategies, and by extension media buying and partnerships, using these channels to support our broader business and brand goals. 

You’ll be part of our global brand team, strategizing, developing, and cultivating our social media, influencer relationships and publication partnerships. You’re a strong communicator, a great relationship builder, and excited by the prospect of building out these initiatives in alignment with company and team goals. You love social media and are a strong ideator with a deep understanding and passion for established and newer social media channels. This role is based in NYC and will report to our Senior Director of Marketing Communication, Cris Dinozo. 

You will: 

  • Lead the creation and execution of content strategies across our organic social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to leverage social, influencers, and media buying in alignment with company goals, brand awareness, product releases, employer branding, partner marketing, and more 
  • Measure and report on our social media and influencer and media partnerships, identifying areas of improvement and growth 
  • Be tuned into the digital media landscape, identifying industry and cultural trends, influencers, best practices, and emerging platforms 
  • Manage our social listening tool – reporting on sentiment and trends to the team 
  • Comfortably build out and manage our influencer and media buy budget 
  • Work closely with the content and studio teams to edit content and develop visuals for social and media campaigns  

 

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience running social media channels and developing partnerships 
  • Experience with all major social platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube – Snapchat, TikTok, Discord and others a plus.
  • Passionate about e-commerce and awesome brands 
  • Organized, detail-oriented and skilled in operations 
  • Comfortable building out and managing budget 
  • Understands and is passionate about building brand awareness while also driving growth 
  • Ability to multitask effectively and be able to problem-solve when needed
  • An independent, highly focused, and self-motivated worker
  • A great communicator with a love for collaboration 
  • Creative and strategic ideator
