Product-Led Growth (PLG) is one of the most strategic pillars in Yotpo’s future, and we are looking for a talented, hands-on Director of Growth who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing & data analysis to join the Growth team. 

Your primary responsibility as the Director of Growth is to manage revenue targets, PQLs, and product KPIs for our Self-Service Reviews and Visual UGC product. 

You will work cross-functionally and lead PLG initiatives impacting our growth metrics – acquisition, activation, retention, monetization & PQLs.

This is a highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, Business Performance, UX, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Strategy and Customer Care. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets, PQLs and main product KPIs, continually monitor and optimize ongoing product funnels, report to senior management and determine next steps.

  • Build and manage a growth program focused on improving key PLG metrics – acquisition, activation, retention, revenue & PQLs. Lead a cross-functional team to identify and analyze all key metrics and data related to our business, identifying existing challenges as well as new growth opportunities.

  • Play a key leadership role on the Growth team by defining and driving the growth strategy for Yotpo’s Reviews Self-Service business.

  • Work closely with Product & Marketing to prioritize, plan, build, and track PLG initiatives.

  • Build, manage, and scale a high performing growth team.

  • Work with Strategy and Data to test different monetization and pricing models, quantify trade-offs, and lead the execution.

  • Improve conversion of free users to paid customers and multi-product adoption from other Yotpo products.

  • Create knowledge enrichment programs and collaterals such as guides, walkthroughs (Appcues), emails (Customer.io) videos, webinars, and more to increase activation, usage & retention metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in product management, growth or growth marketing roles – Must

  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, operations and design teams, and translating business strategy into actionable plans for all cross functional teams – Must

  • Self-motivated, hands-on with a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit – “do whatever it takes”. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work autonomously – Must

  • Empathy for end users and strong UX sense, with a track record of understanding what's best for users while balancing business objectives – Must

  • Passion for analytics and strong ability to apply it to drive business decisions. Experience with freemium business model, fluency with related metrics (activation, conversion, retention, churn, cohorts, etc.) – Must

  • Exceptional people skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Very good written and spoken English skills – Must

  • Experience with Growth Tools – Product analytics (Amplitude, Fullstory), in-app messaging (Appcues, Intercom), email marketing (Customer.io, Intercom), and highly adaptable to new technologies – Advantage

  • Experience in SaaS / B2B / eCommerce – Advantage
