As a Yotpo Client Services Operations Manager, you will focus on optimizing the operation of our Revenue Organization – Focusing on customer success and expansion functions. If you enjoy drawing insights from data and translating them into impactful action plans; if you like making order out of chaos, working cross-functionally with a range of teams and personalities, and you’re always looking for ways to optimize then this job is for you! 

We are looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a solution oriented mindset, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively.

You will:

  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of Go-To-Market plans and service models. This includes SLAs, segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.
  • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business 
  • Identify areas of opportunity and weakness and create and execute plans to tackle those
  • Design processes and flows – automations and people – to optimize the operation according to the key metrics you will define
  • Create executivelevel presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools
  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes

About you:

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in CS/sales/business operations roles, business analyst roles, project management roles or consulting
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis 
  • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau (or similar analytical packages) a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
