We’re looking for a seasoned analytics professional to join our go-to-market analytics division.

This is a senior role that requires a blend of hands-on analysis, mentorship and managing relationships with relevant stakeholders.

You will have ownership across core business areas to innovate and drive insights that have profound impact on our commercial and customer goals.

You will proactively guide our business growth through the provision of strategic perspective, market insight, and experience with analytical tools and techniques. You will work closely with product managers and go-to-market leaders and bring your expert analytical ability to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

As a Go-to-Market Analytics Lead, You Will:

  • Shape our product strategy and foster data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing users’ behavior and creating visibility into our products performance.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to discover product insights and help translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain data analysis and reporting dashboards.
  • Define events to help track user interaction and engagement with our products.
  • Work closely with a wide range of teams – from Senior Management to Product Managers, Product Marketing, Data Science, and R&D.
  • Mentor other Analysts, including overseeing work progress and quality.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience working as a Business / BI / Data Analyst, Data Scientist or a similar role.
  • BA / BS in Information Systems Engineering / Economics / Statistics/Mathematics or other related fields. 
  • Advanced SQL skills. 
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlikview or other BI tools (our team uses Tableau). 
  • Results driven, with the knowledge of A/B testing best practices and the ability to reach quick insights based on them.
  • At least 3 years experience working at an internet company.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to Managers.
