About The Role:

As a member of the Learning and Enablement team, you will be responsible for implementing enablement programs for our Go-to-Market team. You will help design, develop and deliver training programs to ensure we are maximizing productivity by enabling our teams across several product lines and geos.

You will report directly to the Senior Learning and Enablement Program Manager. As part of Revenue Operations, the mission of the Learning and Enablement team is to build a culture of learning and development by delivering learning experiences and tools that enable all Yotpo employees to do their best work, develop their skills and drive business results. We are helping Yotpo evolve into an even more desirable destination for talent and as a part of this team, you will play a vital role in creating and fostering a supportive culture where our employees can succeed. 

You Will:

  • Provides ongoing training  of new and current members of the Global GTM that includes updated best practices and strategy; improved messaging; prospecting methods; and ensure adoption of the latest tools and technologies.
  • Analyze training needs to develop and improve existing programs
  • Monitor quality and trainee aptitude by listening to calls and providing coaching feedback to the leadership team
  • Create and maintain learning content both independently and in partnership with the broader learning and enablement team.
  • Collaborate closely with, and act as a liaison between, Sales, Partners, Account Management and Customer Success to ensure all teams have relevant and accurate information to do their jobs.
  • Schedule and host trainings to ensure the team is up to date on the newest product features as well as best practices and market trends within ecommerce. 
  • Help gather feedback from the go-to-market teams on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement programs. 

About You:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to create and deploy learning in a variety of formats.
  • Track record of looking beyond existing solutions and taking a proactive approach to improving the business and creating opportunities to make our customer groups more productive 
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply – while the office is working remotely until April 2021, this is a NY-based position given the future needs of the role

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience in fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
  • Experience either carrying quota in a full cycle sales role or as a customer success manager.
