As the Head of Partner Growth, you will report to the VP Partnerships and lead a team of Partner Growth Managers to own the full funnel of this partner program. Your goal will be to accelerate Yotpo’s penetration in the small agency segment to maximize the volume of sign-ups from their SMB clients. Working alongside folks like the VP Growth and key leaders of the GTM partner organization, you’ll define goals, strategy and tactics as we expand our footprint across this fast growing segment.  

The ideal candidate has experience in partner/affiliate program management, growth marketing (conversion & funnel optimization etc), is passionate about nurturing top talent and has strong analytical skills. Being a self-starter, metric-oriented, and a first-class collaborator is an integral part of this role!

You will:

  • Own the full funnel lifecycle to acquire, onboard, engage/educate & retain these agencies who will be referring a high volume of sign-ups/MRR to Yotpo’s self-service and annual plans. 
  • Create a scalable program infrastructure to engage a vast global community of ‘long tail’ agency partners who will recommend Yotpo’s suite of products to eCommerce brands of all sizes.
  • Work with the GTM leadership team on defining the program frameworks (from agreements, incentives, performance measurements etc). 
  • Partner with internal marketing stakeholders to develop content, demand generation & enablement campaigns/programs that will generate a robust pipeline of new inbound partners and equip the current community partners with knowledge needed to seamlessly recommend & implement Yotpo products. 
  • Lead and scale a team of Partner Growth Managers who will actively onboard, manage and support thousands of long tail agency partners with the goal of sourcing referrals from this community of partners. 
  • Own and exceed targets for QoQ opportunity creation and MRR from new Yotpo signups from the current community of partners while scaling the program
  • Continuously find ways to automate & accelerate the time to onboard, engage & drive referrals from partners. 
  • Provide growth mapping and goal setting for the Partner Growth Managers by analyzing partners by activity, segments & engagement level to have complete visibility into gaps in the ecosystem you can fill
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (revops, marketing, growth, product CS, etc) to share insights and learnings on all things related to the Growth segment
  • Mentor, develop and empower the team of of Partner Growth Managers to achieve both individual & company objectives

About you:

  • 5+ years of agency sales / affiliate program management with proven experience building & scaling teams of individual contributors. Experience in SaaS / B2B / eCommerce – Big Advantage  
  • Establishing (cultivating and launching) successful self-service partnership or affiliate program models
  • Experience in the creation, optimization, and management of marketing campaign
  • Expertise using data to accurately forecast future revenue, analyze and understand users' behavior across the entire user journey 
  • Basic knowledge of web marketing and analytics tools (Intercom/Drift, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) –
  • Advantage Entrepreneurial spirit and a “do whatever it takes” attitude 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with multiple partners 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience in fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
