Yotpo is looking for an enthusiastic and talented person who is interested in working at a global marketing organization. You would be joining the NY-based Marketing Operations team that plans and facilitates the execution of all marketing campaigns in-house. If you enjoy making order out of chaos, managing a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives, working cross-functionally with a range of marketing sub-teams and personalities, and you’re always looking for ways to optimize then this role is for you! We’re looking for an organization, process, and detail-oriented person to take on this opportunity to make a major contribution at a high-growth startup. 


As the Marketing Project Manager, you will manage and optimize the Marketing team’s production and operational processes. Integrating into a 60+ person global, diverse marketing team, your day-to-day will focus on managing the production of marketing campaigns for multiple product lines, Geos, and audiences, in the fastest-growing industry out there. You will live in the details on the production side, while maintaining the holistic view of the big picture marketing strategy and plan in order to support the department’s business objectives. 


  • Oversee and manage the execution of all marketing production, working closely with creatives, business stakeholders, and channel owners to ensure high-quality projects and campaigns are completed on time, according to plan.
  • Manage and mediate between complex needs across different departments, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing prioritization, efficiency, and agility.
  • Facilitate the quarterly planning process alongside the Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead, calibrating the needs of various marketing campaigns to support different market segments, product lines & geos.
  • Lead and optimize processes for marketing team coordination, project management, information organization, and communications to make it more effective, efficient and scalable, as a whole.
  • Responsible for being on top of many parallel marketing initiatives and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders/leadership to discuss program status and goals, communicate progress, and raise any necessary flags.

  • A Marketer – You are passionate about marketing best practices and understand the power of different marketing channels and campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Campaign and/or Project Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and full proficiency in English 
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience working with Gantt building and project management tools
  • Experience as a Program Manager – preferred
  • Master’s degree or MBA – bonus
  • Experience working in eCommerce tech/or similar SaaS company – bonus
