As an Organizational Development Partner you will support the organization in achieving its business objectives by applying various practices from the OD domain. 

The right candidate will be deeply passionate about organizational culture and people’s growth. You’re energized by new challenges, willing to question current assumptions and come up with more relevant ones, and strive in a hyper dynamic environment and intrigued by standards of excellence.

Our OD partner needs to have a fresh and innovative way of thinking, on one hand, and strong ability to translate great ideas into OD programs using multiple tools and methods, on the other. They also require strong operational capabilities and hands on approach.

 

You will: 

  • Build creative and unique, tailor-made development programs, using multiple tools and methods; including, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, sensing & engagement, development plans, leadership development and more
  • Work closely with team leaders to assess business needs and develop training solutions that will bridge those gaps
  •  Partner with the broader People team and various stakeholders to lead the OD initiatives across the organization
  • Tailor and facilitate sessions for various teams and departments
  •  Work and collaborate with local and international vendors & trainers

 

About you: 

  • 5+ years of Organizational Development experience in a high-tech or similar fast-paced environment
  • Have an academic degree in the social sciences
  • Able to design OD programs from conception, engage stakeholders and manage diverse partner relationships
  • Extensive proven experience in planning, executing, and leading large-scale learning solutions with a variety of interfaces
  • Proactive, self-driven and a quick learner
  • Strong in exploring and learning market trends, new technologies, content suppliers and best practices for implementation
  •  Excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Fluent English, verbal and written

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience fast growing tech start up / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
