As a Yotpo Strategic SMS Account Director, your role will have a significant impact on the growth of Yotpo as an organization.  

As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be selling to top accounts and working with Fortune 500 caliber clients. You will execute on the account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential, through managing complete and complex sales-cycles; forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers. You will evangelize the Yotpo vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives; presenting to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.

You Will:

  • Work to strategically introduce our SMS platform (and future products) to new prospective customers as well current Yotpo clients.
  • Work alongside SDR’s, AE’s, AM’s and CSM’s to provide SMS & Marketing Automation expertise and strategy in order to help sell new and current customers on the value proposition.
  • Run scheduled demos for high level decision-makers including Directors of Marketing and CEOs across all verticals.
  • Assist in driving the full sales cycle to attain new business, from outreach (when necessary) to close, while continuously seeking creative strategies to engage prospective clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools.
  • Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM (Salesforce.com).

About You:

  • 4-6 years of full cycle Loyalty sales experience within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience with highly consultative SMS and Communications sales cycles and multi-product offerings.
  • Understanding of the decision-making structure in midsize and enterprise companies within the Loyalty space.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles.
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CMO level
  • Proven ability to speak to the business, articulating value to various stakeholders
  • Experience demonstrating the value of a digital marketing SaaS technology
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply.

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience in fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
