We’re looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Application Analyst to join our team. 

As a Salesforce Business Application Analyst, you’ll lead the technical implementations of strategic projects.

You will:

  •       Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances and conduct long-term improvement operations. Assist in scaling the business for hyper-growth
  •         Lead the technical implementation of strategic projects.
  •         Interpret business requirements and functional specifications in the delivery of software solutions meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  •         Design, develop, test, and implement thoughtful solutions and applications in support of business needs and aligned with industry best practices.
  •         Interface with various departments in the organization including Marketing, Partners, Sales, CS, Finance, BP, Delivery, and Support.
  •        Design and implementation of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Community Cloud, etc.) applications integrating with our legacy systems – Zuora and NetSuite.
  •         Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure that the proposed solution is aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.
  •         Translate business requirements and/or functional specifications into technical solutions.

About you:

  •         At least 2 years’ experience in implementing Salesforce applications and the development of CRM solutions. A clear understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and latest technology offerings. A clear understanding of security, scalability, maintainability of solution design and development needs.
  •         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  •         Excellent project management skills.
  •         Salesforce certifications preferred
  •         Experience with AI, RPA technologies is a plus.
