Let’s address the elephant in the room. You are not always going to get great reviews. In fact, it is completely normal to sometimes get bad reviews. But here’s the thing – negative reviews are not that terrible. Actually, they’re quite the opposite for two main reasons. One, negative reviews make positive reviews look good. By showing negative reviews, you are showing that you are transparent and have nothing to hide, and that your reviews are real! Two, negative reviews tell the whole story and give you a chance to show off your excellent customer service. So when you get a negative review, take this opportunity to reach out to your customer, address the complaint and offer a solution. This will show that you give transparent customer service and that you care about how to make customers happy.
