Here are a few examples of inactive products that might be problematic for your business to promote: **Out of Stock or Discontinued Products** – Products irrelevant now or in the future. **Sample Products** – They have a product ID, but aren’t really products. **Seasonal Products** – Items to promote in the Winter, not the Summer. It makes no sense to send review requests for these ‘products’ and promote them to your shoppers. ## The Solution Yotpo’s Product Blacklist lets you temporarily or permanently exclude products from review requests and distribution channels. When you add a product to the Blacklist, **no review requests will be sent out for that product**. **Reviews for the product will be excluded from automated placements** in the Reviews Carousel, Dynamic Yotpo Ads, Automated Social Push, Visual UGC Gallery and more.
